HOW IT WORKS

It’s Really Simple

  1. Browse our any of our weekly plans and choose the plan that best fits your needs, plans start at a MINIMUM of  10 meals per week and go up from there. Or call us at 561.693.8669 and we can help pick one with you!

  2. Fill out a little information about your dietary needs and subscribe to a weekly plan.

  3. Our nutrition staff  will build a custom plan to fit your needs and goals.

  4. Our Team of Chefs prepare and portion your meals.

  5. Your food is delivered to your door twice a week to ensure freshness.

  6. Heat in the microwave 1:45 to 2:00 min or thoroughly in the oven (make sure you use an oven safe dish!) and Enjoy your ChefFIT Meal!

* All orders placed AFTER 2PM Friday will be delivered the following Wednesday

*All Plans are enrolled in weekly Auto-billing cycle

ChefFIT's Pro Plan has been designed for clients seeking larger protein portions to sustain intense and rigorous training without compromising muscle mass. 

 

The Pro Plan Includes:

Balanced Plan

The Basic Plan is a great place to start your journey to clean eating. ChefFIT has created a well balanced plan which offers great variety and always keeps the client excited for their next meal. Our meals are always fresh, local and are very low in sodium – with all spices and herbs being added for flavor only. This is the flagship meal plan. Designed from the ground up to be delicious, yet great for you!

 

The Basic Plan Includes:

  • Protein such as Chicken, Beef, Turkey, Fish or Pork

  • A variety of complex carbohydrates such as:

    • Quinoa

    • Sweet Potato

    • Brown Rice and many more!

  • Fresh vegetables

  • Meals fully prepared and portioned for your convenience

  • Customized to your needs

  • Calories per meal 300-450

Chicken Shish Kebab

VEGETARIAN PLANS

We now offer vegetarian or vegan meal plans! These specialty meal plans are designed for those who don't eat meat and/or animal products yet still desire great taste and variety! This plan continues to grow in popularity due to high demand. With our vegetarian and vegan plans you will find foods such as grains, legumes, tofu, bean burgers, veggie burgers, fruit, cheese, eggs, seasonal veggies, and more!

Let us tailor a plan to your style of eating, as there are many new and innovative recipies for vegetarian and vegan cuisine!

 

The Vegetarian or Vegan Plan includes:

  • 220-300 calorie meals

  • Healthy portions of legumes

  • Nuts & seeds

  • Fibrous veggies

  • Soy protein, and/or Essential Fats. 

  • Meals fully prepared and portioned for your convenience

  • Customize to your needs
